Abstract

Under the perspective of feminine gender, this work tries to contribute in the development of a critic theory of the justice, linked in context, institutions situations or concrete or particular social practices, that will allow us to analyze with precision how the denial of heterogeneity contributes to the oppression of the social groups and argument in favor of a policy that recognizes the diversity and plurality of identities instead of oppressing them.
