Abstract
La obra Las niñas soldado. Análisis y soluciones interdisciplinarias, dirigida por Ruth Abril Stoffles y coordinada por Sara Yildiz Bravo, constituye un esfuerzo colectivo de gran envergadura académica y política para visibilizar, analizar y problematizar el fenómeno de las niñas soldado desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, con especial énfasis en el derecho internacional. A través de las contribuciones de treinta y tres autores, el libro aborda una realidad profundamente invisibilizada en los conflictos armados contemporáneos: la participación forzada o condicionada de niñas en grupos armados y las múltiples violencias estructurales que ello conlleva. La reseña examina críticamente los principales aportes de la obra, destacando tanto sus desarrollos normativos como sus vacíos, y subrayando la necesidad urgente de replantear los marcos jurídicos actuales desde enfoques más integrales, sensibles al género, la edad y otras condiciones de vulnerabilidad.
