Abstract
The objective of this article is to reflect on the teaching of Sociology based on the design of sociolegal research. Specifically, it proposes stimulating the sociological perspective to establish arguments built from scientific demands, removing common sense, which is characterized by having over-generalizations, imprecise observations and biased reasoning, and the need to make sociological theories and concepts more flexible to connect them with socio-legal research as a resource that can awaken the interest of new generations in the analysis of situations and conflicts in the current world. From them it is concluded that Sociology dialogues with other disciplines of the social sciences to understand the different aspects that intervene in social life and the interactions of practices of agents involved in the field of Law.
