Abstract
This text is intended to analyze the post-conflict in Africa, focusing on the case of Rwanda, on the framework of warlike situations in different countries of that region, in order to lighten the apprehension over post-conflict periods.
It seeks to tackle the subject of how the post-conflict period is politically managed and how it is handled in the African national and international political agenda, to finally study in depth the Rwandan case. It also reviews the African conflicts and post-conflicts (I) to focus the analysis on theways and directions that transitional justice policies are taking in Rwanda. From this work we expect to gather reflection, analysis and debate comparative elements about the peace process in Colombia.
