Abstract
In this book, the author seeks to make a general analysis of the Mexican aeronautical sector from an economic perspective, highlighting the constant growth and evolution of the financial and business muscle by correlating it with the Civil Aviation Law and its regulations, compiling all the legal provisions that apply to the aeronautical sector by presenting a general catalog of the procedures that can be followed before the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGAC). "It seeks to highlight Mexico as one of the leading countries in the world within the aeronautical sector, as it has certain competitive advantages over other countries. Likewise, it is essential that Mexico has a safe, efficient and efficient legal system that allows it to consolidate itself as one of the leading countries in the sector "
