Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of global affairs, academia stands as a beacon in the pursuit of truth and knowledge. As the world changes, our commitment to fairness becomes paramount. The imperative of academic publications aimed at protecting and building a school of Latin American thought in accordance with our own particularities is recognized. At the same time, the pursuit of justice materializes in the protection of human and fundamental rights, as well as the institutions that are part of the social rule of law.
