Abstract
El presente libro es un recopilado de artículos que abordan el tema de demostrar que actualmente el mundo se encuentra frente a una crisis en la civilización, como consecuencia del enfrentamiento del modelo de organización estatal impuesto desde hace décadas y el nuevo paradigma del Buen vivir que busca dejar a un lado ese modelo capitalista saliendo del statu quo, para propender a una visión biocéntrica y así, a través de un constitucionalismo democrático proteger la Naturaleza desde un sentido plurinacional e intercultural además de los derechos inherentes y una paz territorial.
