Abstract

Para iniciar es necesario brindar el contexto del libro y descubrir su importancia dentro del derecho internacional público. Pues bien, el derecho espacial surge al tiempo que la denominada Era Espacial se abría paso, con la intervención de la Unión Soviética y Estados Unidos durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, en particular con el lanzamiento de los dos primeros satélites al espacio al finalizar la década de 1950.
