Abstract
Organizational justice has become a significant factor in organizations, being a determining factor in economic results. Due to the above, this research studies the relationship between organizational justice and the results of the decision-making process in small and medium-sized companies in Chile and Peru. For this, a questionnaire was applied to 149 employees of strategic and tactical levels
from different companies. The information collected was processed through the multiple regression analysis technique, concluding that there is a significant relationship between each of the forms of justice used in the company and business results, which shows that, to achieve business success, levels of organizational justice must be improved.
