Abstract

En el presente escrito se busca analizar el trabajo de los profesores Jairo Becerra, Claudia Bibiana García, Marco Emilio Sánchez y Lorenzo Cotino en su libro titulado La responsabilidad del Estado por la utilización de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC).
