Novum Jus does not charge article submission or processing fees to its authors. In accordance with our open access policy, all articles are on our page permanently and free of charge immediately after the issue is published. Full access to the scientific articles of the Journal in real time is presented on the Journal's official site in the Archives section.
The Novum Jus open access policy is in line with the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI): This means that articles are freely available on the public Internet, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute , print, search or link to the full texts of these articles, track them to index them, pass them as data to the software or use them for any other legal purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers that are not inseparable to obtain Internet access.
